Chick-Fil-A’s service is so good that there is even a post on Buzzfeed “That Proves Chick-Fil-A Workers Are Too Pure For This F#%ked Up World“. This is huge because what Chick-Fil-A is doing is making people talk about their experience with the brand.

Take today to think about the equivalent of people waiting behind 30 cars in your industry. Would people wait for you? If not, it might be time to ask why…
